Shipping and Returns HEADING_TITLE
SHIPPING

Gear 4 Travel standard shipping destinations include all 50 states, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO boxes. We use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS), which provide dependable delivery within 5-7 business days for most destinations.

Upon your request, we will ship your items by expedited services: Rush Delivery (3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days, except Alaska and Hawaii) or Overnight Delivery (next business day).

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship by UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery time is generally 3-4 business days to these destinations.

When your order ships, we will notify you by email. The email will include a tracking number for your shipment, which you can use to track your package online or by phone with the carrier. In most cases, the carrier can provide an estimated delivery date.


BACKORDERS

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, and will show a backorder notice at time of order, along with an estimated date of in-stock status. Backordered items will ship as soon as available, and you will be notified by email when your item ships.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is everything to us at Gear 4 Travel. If your item is not what you expected, you may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. And unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping. Once we receive your return, processing will take two to three weeks, and we will issue a refund credit to the credit card used for the original purchase less return shipping costs.
